This online booking tool is for first and second dose appointments.
Everyone with site access, regardless of home province, age, or employer (employees and contractors) is eligible to participate.
Please ensure alignment with your supervisor to ensure appointments are not duplicated.

COVID-19 Vaccine Eligibility:
First dose:
Anyone born in 2009 or before
Second dose:
Those who received their first dose of:
- AstraZeneca/COVISHIELD on or before April 23rd
- Moderna / Pfizer-BioNTech on or before May 28th
Reminder: Please cancel any in-town appointments if you received your vaccine at site.
